My name is Denise, and I live in London with my family and our beloved German Shorthaired Pointers. 11 years ago, I got my first GSP, a pup named Storm, and I began a journey into the world of game birds and the countryside.

Little did I know that this one dog would lead me to where I am now.

Since then, I've added several more GSPs and a couple of Labradors to my pack, and I now spend a lot of my time participating in various activities in the countryside. I'm heavily involved in the HPR (hunt, point, retrieve) community, both as an event organiser and as a participant in events throughout the country.

I'm a London girl through and through. I had never seen game birds up close before, and their colours and textures amazed me. As someone who comes from a city not renowned for its wildlife, this experience was truly eye-opening for me. I'm not ashamed to say that I'm totally obsessed by game birds and their beauty.

I've been lucky enough to explore the Yorkshire moors, where I've been able to witness the beauty of the heather and grouse. The moors are an incredibly special place. It goes without saying that I'm obsessed by grouse, go check out my grouse pieces here

Actually when it comes to art I'm pretty obsessional, I spent my early career as a graphic designer so clean lines, typography and the tactility of the printed media call to me. I've been working on lots of prints and some handmade framed art which you can check out here.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my website and learn more about my inspiration for creating art. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or if you're interested in purchasing any of my work.

I'm lucky enough to share my life with seven crazy German Shorthaired Pointers (GSPs). It all started with just one GSP, Storm, who inspired me to venture out into the countryside and try my hand at gundog sports.

As I learned more about the world of gundog sports and became more involved in the HPR (hunt, point, retrieve) community, I found myself adding more GSPs to my pack. Today, my GSPs are my constant companions on my countryside adventures, and I can't imagine my life without them.

These amazing dogs are not just my pets - they are my partners in the field, especially Trooper. Their athleticism, intelligence, and boundless energy continue to inspire me every day, and I'm grateful for the joy and companionship they bring to my life.
